razzleccentric: (Dance)
This is the song I improved to at the Holiday Hafla. I inflicted this on my FB pals a while back, but LJ is ever-so-much nicer. So here it is (again, for some of you): )

(If anyone has problems with this embed from DesiHits.com, here's the link to the HQ video on YouTube.)

Because it always makes me smile when Sam & Kunal dance together. ^.^

What was that you said, [livejournal.com profile] durgablue? "No need for a plot," eh? ~.^

Ha! I bet you thought I had something prurient up there! Well, I *did* until a couple weeks ago... then I found this one. That's hot, hunky Hrithik Roshan, he of the unbuttoned shirts, slow-motion walks, and insanely limber dance moves.

What with all the drooling it's easy to forget that he's also an amazing actor, and this image from Koi.. Mil Gaya shows him as the sweet, innocent, developmentally disabled character Rohit. Everything about his performance was brilliant: his childlike expressions, movements, voice. So different from his other roles.

Anyhow, I love this photo. I love that look of wonder and hope in his pretty, pretty eyes.

razzleccentric: (Bollywood - Sexy Animal)

His eyes... so pretty. Yeah. This is Hrithik Roshan.

And the dude in the icon is Abhishek Bachchan, totally another sexy animal.

This lovely example of... well, if not "intelligent" design then at least "mighty inspiring" design... is John Abraham. He played the thief in Dhoom (the first movie in the series), which I highly recommend in spite of his character's bad haircut.

A couple days ago I learned he's also in the film Dostana (currently at the TOP of my Netflix queue), in which his character pretends to be the gay lover of Abhishek Bachchan's character. Abhishek is the gorgeous fellow who plays the cop Jai in both Dhoom & Dhoom2.

One reveiw of Dostana reports: "It's pretty damned funny and oddly subversive. Yes, everyone learns a lesson about tolerance without actually embracing an alternative lifestyle, but any movie that can finagle two macho movie studs into a full-on smooch that doesn't devolve into slapstick gay panic is venturing into risky territory."

The next squee you hear will be me enjoying the hell out of that "full-on smooch" scene.

We watched Ghajini on Sunday - it was a couple of really great films. Well, it's one movie, but the flashback portions are so long and delightful that it's like a whole other movie inside the movie. So you get a lot of beautiful love story wrapped in the dark & violent main story. Oh, just trust me. It ROCKS.

And what's not to like about Aamir Kahn, I ask you? Eh? EH?!

Tarkan, in today's combination angry-happy place.

(I told you the first one was from a calendar photo shoot...)
razzleccentric: (RazzCunning)

Those wee glasses. That smile. Those cheeks! I need to watch the rest of Koi Mil Gaya...

Want.
