Bloody brilliant! Interestingly enough, you could easily substitute "being a geek" for "being fat" in a lot of that. I mean, not so much the stuff about the clothing industry, but the whole "making excuses for yourself" thing is pretty much a pandemic. (see icon. *g*)

After watching this the first time.. I had to watch it again.. though, the second time I watched it with the sound off... no disrespect meant.. I just wanted to see something.. and to prove a point. What point is that you ask? Well, after viewing the video for the second time... I had proven something...

She is DAMN sexy!!!!!

How was this revelation proven by watching the video the second time.. with the sound off? Well, the first time I loved her words.. so the second time I wanted to see if I could concentrate properly on lusting after her. Mission accomplished. The only thing that could have been better is if she was nude instead of wearing a swimsuit. I mean, fat people are allowed to skinny dip in my universe ANYTIME!!! Specially if they are gorgeous like her!!!!

To sum up.. a GREAT video.. but there needed to be nudity! ;)

FUCK YEAH!!!

Amazing video...wish I could have it play non-stop in my office on my desk in its own little desk trinket. This is amazing, and it is a great reminder that just because you are bigger doesn't discount you as a human being.

I'm not dead.

For guys, our clothing options are even more depressing. The comment about socks and underwear struck hard...because even in some place you can't even do that. Certain sling bags aren't long enough and ride under your armpit...that's so attractive. Not to mention this sick idea to make 3X or larger clothes in VINTAGE fit. Why even bother? Who the hell would buy something that size and want it to make them look worse.

I believe stores who do make clothing with a brain behind them should be applauded. I recently was able to order some 3X Tall shirts (polos and tees) from gap.com. Granted, I'm not able to buy these things in their store (which makes returning them pointless at the store...unless I want socks or some cologne), but at least there was a way to get them. Old Navy is another place, but extremely limited outside of these places (which are owned by the same organization).

But we shouldn't just stop with online shopping...PEOPLE OF SIZE SHOULD TAKE BACK THE MALLS AND STORES OF THIS COUNTRY. Enough of hiding us away, pretending we're some disease.

I could go on and go...this was a greta video. Thanks for posting it...I needed to be reminded that I am still human...even if the gene pool scares me sometimes :)
