The first frost of the season will likely develop early Monday morning under clear skies as temperatures fall into the 30s. By dawn... temperatures are expected to be near or approaching the
freezing mark over south central Indiana and that part of north central and east central Kentucky along and north of a line from Louisville to Frankfort to Lexington.
