I used to go see Chris de Burgh every year when I lived in Toronto. Many of his band members were from there, so he came through a LOT. "Lady in Red" kind of killed him for me, but I still love the "Perfect Day" and "Spanish Train" albums.

I kind of ignore Lady in Red. His other stuff is so amazing... he has inspired me in so much of my writing, songs and otherwise...he is just brilliant.

I have posted this on my LJ also. In fact I may have done it twice! This and "Discovery" are always going to be my favorites, and I love this version so much.
