Date: 2008-11-20 06:23 pm (UTC)Last night in class, Dr. Cozzi gave us this homework assignment: "spend at least one full day eating only foods that have NO high fructose corn syrup or trans fats in them". I just looked through my cupboards and fridge, and there is very little that qualifies. How scary is that?
