Haggis Hunt 2008/2009
Nov. 30th, 2008 10:44 amIn addition to being my birthday (and St. Andrew's Day), November 30th marks the annual beginning of Haggis Season. Webcams are set up at likely sites in Britain (and, inexplicably, Times Square) and people all over the world keep watch for haggii to wander past. If you spot them often enough, you might win a vacation to Perthshire or a Scotsman.com calendar, full of lovely haggis-free views of the Scottish countryside.
