Why am I less than 50% corrupt? I have never done battlegrounds, never rolled on a PvP server, and I've never even set foot in most of the instances. Sad, in a way.

I wish I could find a casual guild willing to *teach* newbies how to raid. I'm not new to the game, and I know how to play my class very well for soloing and leveling, but I don't know anything about grouping for instance runs because I've never done it.

Um... our guild has been doing that more and more... but I haven't seen you on in a while. (Or have you been playing Horde-side?)

Yup, I've mostly been leveling my Hordie - almost at 69 now. Then we skipped over to the Zangarmarsh server to join "It Came from the Blog" when they had some interesting events. They're a Horde group too. :D

I haven't seen anything on the Microbrewers message board lately about instances - well, except for Kara attunement, which seems a bit too advanced for me.

Mostly the instance stuff is happening on the fly, but I know B has been doing lots of group stuff, too - and not Kara. ;p I'm sure that if you put a message up on the board, a group would form up pretty quick. (Heck, 'Gnat is still in her 40's, 'cause I haven't been playing much lately myself. :) ) Let me know if you want to do it - I could use the grouping help, too.

I hear you on the casual-willing-to-be-human guild. I don't like being screamed at for errors when it's my first or second time in a particular instance, especially from a guild member/leader.

I've been looking for a place to move my lvl 55 pvp orc shaman to this fall (when I have more discretionary dollars and will get Vent). I'd prefer a pve server to move to. What stops me is that guilds are so damned hard to find if you don't want to 1) play with bratty monsters, and I don't mean just teenagers from that remark or 2) be so hardcore that you schedule work around the game. I have a lvl 61 pve warlock in the same dilemma.

I admire you for hitting 55 on a pvp server! On one hand it seems like it would add a lot of excitement... but on the other hand I know I'd get frustrated getting ganked all the time in the middle of quests. I probably wouldn't make it much past level 20. :)

The Alliance guild I'm in on Lothar is very friendly & very kind, but I really latched onto my Horde character there and while we have corresponding Horde guild, people rarely log in on that side.

And I totally agree - I don't want anyone screaming at me because I've never done it before, but I also don't want raidraidraiding to be the only focus.

Probably if it had been a higher population server I would've been a greasy spot too often to really level. As it was I could pretty much go anywhere but STV. As soon as I hit 54 it was nearly impossible to get into instances without waits of up to 3 hours! Groups would also dissolve for stupid reasons. I found out later that the main two guilds keeping the server alive left.

I love my horde chars too! You can't beat having a caster that can steal mana or one that constantly generates HP.
