Bah. Lucy & Ricky SUCKED ROCKS as a couple. I hated that show because of their relationship.

OK, due to a thoughtful reminder from dr_nebula, I really need to revise my answer. Gomez & Morticia Addams are truly the greatest TV couple that ever was or will be. They obviously loved each other. They displayed their affection frequently and publicly. And they were kinky.

They ARE the perfect couple, and everything I've ever wanted to emulate.

*eternal swoon*

(But I do like Moonlighting with David & Maddie as well - especially the "Atomic Shakespeare" episode. :)

I must join the concurrence upon Gomez and Morticia. Without fail the greatest representation of a happy well-adjusted couple ever seen on tv. I must say, I wanted to be Gomez when I was growing up.
